Mutual Covenant of Honor and Confidentiality

This Covenant is by and between The Family Recovery Solution, a faith-based organization (FBO), unincorporated and non-statutory, operating in the private domain, and wo/man, herein Member, entered into by free will and conscious choice.

1. Private Domain

Both parties affirm that all participation, communications, teachings, and exchanges occur in the private domain by mutual agreement.

2. Honor and Clean Hands

Both parties covenant to act with clean hands, good faith, clear intent, and personal responsibility, and to correct the record when error, confusion, or harm appears.

3. Confidentiality of Materials, Services, and Property

All material resources, teachings, services, communications, intellectual property, and private property shared within this ministry are confidential.
Both parties agree such materials shall not be copied, disclosed, distributed, or shared with any non-member for a period of twenty (20) years, absent express written consent within the private domain.

4. Do No Harm

Both parties covenant to honor the dignity, sovereignty, and free will of the other and to do no harm, knowingly or willfully.

5. Responsibility and Growth

Member accepts responsibility for personal choices, actions, and outcomes.
The Family Recovery Solution commits to offering guidance, teachings, and support in honor, without coercion or control.

6. Mutual Respect of Path

Both parties acknowledge that teachings and guidance are offered for growth and discernment, and that each retains autonomy over their own path.

7. Good Faith and Mutual Benefit

This Covenant is entered into for mutual benefit, alignment, growth, and service, and both parties remain accountable to their word.

8. Effectiveness

This Covenant becomes effective upon the Member’s first conscious act of participation and remains in force while the Member chooses to engage and as to confidentiality for the full term stated.
