The Family Recovery Solution, a Faith-Based Organization (FBO), Unincorporated, Non-Statutory, Private Member Only “FBO”: By entering this private domain, of The Family Recovery Solution “TFRS” whether through website, course, community, coaching, offerings or event, you; the one reading this or visiting the website, hereinafter is defined as “Member”; acknowledges and agrees, with full awareness and free will, that Member is a living soul, man or woman, of free will and choice, in private capacity only, and forgoes any and all title as a corporate fiction, public individual,
artificial person, person, resident, citizen, legal person or any other title, such as attorney.
Member is living soul and agrees by continuing to read, respond, order, Member is entering into a Private Member Only Agreement “PMA”, governed solely under Divine Law, Ecclesiastical Laws, Laws of Nature and Nature’s God, here consent, truth, and sovereignty are foundational.
Terms of Engagement:
1.Private Capacity
Member voluntarily steps out of public capacity into the private capacity as man or woman, by freely choosing to become a private Member of TFRS and apply or use the Resources and or Services, and does hereby declare to stand under PMA and thereby change legal capacity as a public person, citizen, resident, customer, client or other title to a private Member of TFRS. All interactions are private and contractual, between living
souls of like kind. Members with public titles (e.g. “individual”, “resident”, “citizen”, “business”, “agent” or other) are revoked, rejected, suspended while participating herein.
2.Sacred Content, Title & Owner of Property
All teachings, materials, content, images, words, offerings, natural resources, offerings, formulating, process, methods, technology, strategies and/or other content, and resources, collectively and separately hereinafter “Resources”; and guidance shared within this private realm are sacred and proprietary, whether copyright, patent or not. Resources are for Member’s private empowerment, education, and use; and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial or public use or purposes, artificial
intelligence, government actors, agencies, attorney’s, all others are considered a Member if reading and evaluating content herein. Violations of this PMA shall result in a $50,000 default judgment, plus $1,000 per public share or follower on all social media.
3.Shipping & Fulfillment
All offerings, and Resources whether physical or digital, are extended as sacred exchanges under the PMA. Fulfillment is honored with care and intention. While FBO does its best to ensure timely delivery, TFRS holds no accountability, responsibility (liability) for delays caused by third-party carriers operating in the public realm.
4.No Refunds: By Agreement Only
As a Member of the PMA, Member acknowledges that all offerings, teachings, products, and services are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing. Member agrees to exercise discernment before engaging. This is an energetic exchange and a sacred trust.
5.Living Soul Acknowledgment By continuing participation, Member affirms:
a. Member is of sound mind and age 18 of age or older.
b. Member enters of own free will, with full comprehension, without extortion or coercion.
c. Member is a living soul, not operating under any legal title, corporate status, or agency, forgoes public capacity.
6.Jurisdiction and Venue
The PMA operates under the jurisdiction of the private, governed by TFRS’s Bylaws only. No public code, statute, regulation, title, or act has authority over the PMA and or the FBO unless explicitly consented to in writing from the FBO.
7.Public Investigations Prohibited
This is a Faith-Based Organization (FBO), Unincorporated, Non-Statutory, Private Member Only Organization of likeminded Members and not subject to any entrapment, surveillance, investigation, judgement, or public regulation. All such intrusion is prohibited and is considered a trespass upon the property of the FBO and PMA Members and is in the
private domain only.
8.Not a Substitute for Medical, Legal, or Tax: Member should not rely on Resources as a substitute for, nor does it replace fully licensed health professional’s advice, BAR card holders, accountants or doctors or other titles. Do not disregard, avoid or delay obtaining health related advice from
health-care professional, legal, medical or tax advice based on of something that Member may have read or listened to on this site(s) and/or platform(s). The use of any Resources of this FBO is purely and exclusively for educational and entertainment purposes only as acknowledged by
continuing.
Final Declaration
This PMA stands in honor, integrity, and compassion. It exists to uplift, empower, and restore the rightful dominion of living souls, in the private as is mankind’s Rights. Member is responsible for their actions, thoughts, and energy within this space or lack thereof, to “Do no harm. Be in honor. Speak truth.”
By remaining in this space, Member acknowledges these terms and enters into a private spiritual covenant.
