By opting into our newsletter, you acknowledge and agree to become a member of The Family Recovery Solution Members Association (hereinafter “Association”), a private members-only venue that operates under the following terms and conditions:

Mission Statement

Our mission is to inspire and guide families to step into their courage and empowerment, so they begin the change they wish to see in their family. By providing the tools, strategies, and support needed to enable a healthy new dynamic, we aim to uplift as many people as possible to create family rules of engagement that shield them from addiction’s rules of engagement.

Purpose and Membership Agreement

As a member of the Association, you agree to:

• Exist as part of a society that lives in peace under inherent law, providing mutual benefits to all members.

• Protect the right to freedom of choice regarding education, healthcare, and personal development.

• Accept full responsibility for every aspect of your life, health, and well-being while embracing self-governance as a member of the Association.

• Understand that activities within the Association are protected by this private contract, precluding the sharing of any information regarding the Association or fellow members with the public or any non-members.

Jurisdiction and Lawful Status

• The Association operates under inherent law, also referred to as Natural Law.

• By opting into the newsletter, you agree to change your lawful status in this Association from a public person to a private member, binding yourself, your family, heirs, nominees, agents, and assigns to these terms in confidentiality for a minimum of 20 years.

Confidentiality

• All members agree to maintain the privacy of the Association, its members, and any shared information. Members may not disclose any information regarding the Association to the public or non-members.
