This Private Member Agreement; hereinafter “PMA”; is made on and after February 3, 2026; the “Commencement Date”; or at time a Member participates in any event; this PMA is by and between: The Family Recovery Solution, a Faith-Based Organization, hereinafter “TFRS”, care of: email: sjeffjones@me.com; in private capacity; and The invited living soul: a man or woman, breathing, flesh and blood, of sound mind, of free will, who enters into PMA members status by one or more of the following actions: 1. providing email 2. autograph herein, 3. Gift of Contribution 4. Participation in any event, course, webinar, services, or otherwise engaging with TFRS Property; once accepted, becomes a Member; herein, collective and separately hereinafter “Member” or “Members”; and this PMA becomes the governing private, sacred covenant between the Parties.
TFRS and Member may separately be referred to as “Party” and/or collectively “Parties”. Member confirms standing as a living man or woman, at least 18 years of age, of sound mind, acting of their own free will, and contracting in the private capacity, only and not a product or corporate fiction, and contracts only in private capacity.
The purpose of this PMA is to establish and protect the relations between the Parties, under: Divine Law, Ecclesiastical Principals, Natural Laws, and Equity Jurisdiction, herein “TFRS Laws”, as further defined in TFRS Bylaws; and to define the use of TFRS’s Property by Members. TFRS is established to unite a community of truth seekers committed to reclaiming privacy, autonomy, and authentic living. TFRS exists to provide Members with resources, services, and educational tools, collectively referred to as “Property”, designed to empower mankind and foster personal, spiritual, and conscious growth.
Through shared knowledge, mutual respect, and collaboration, TFRS fosters a thriving, self-sustaining community grounded in honor, integrity, and no harm, governed exclusively within the private domain by TFRS Laws and Bylaws. Member affirms that all rights remain intact, with no waiver, permission, or consent to any outside interference. Artificial Intelligence, corporate titles (such as attorney, agency, officer), and all fictitious, soulless entities are forbidden, prohibited, and revoked from joining or accessing TFRS in any capacity.
1. Entertainment & Education: All content shared by TFRS is private and intended for educational and entertainment purposes only, to inspire reflection, lawful action, and spiritual growth. All materials are strictly confidential and may not be shared outside the PMA.
a. “Resources” include but are not limited to: Zoom calls, videos, templates, documents, trainings, workshops, wellness teachings, spiritual guidance, emails, website content, processes, and other proprietary materials.
b. “Services” include events, courses, meditations, breathwork, visualizations, coaching, and other offerings, whether provided by TFRS or a Member in private capacity. All Resources, Services, content and experiences, collectively referred to as “Property”, are accessed by the Member’s chosen Engagement Level, and are governed by this PMA, past, present, and future, in full private capacity.
2. Self-Governance & Other Members: TFRS Community Guidelines are rules of conduct for relational interactions. All interactions between Members of TFRS are governed by this PMA and remain strictly private, outside the reach of statutes, agencies, or the Legal System. Members may engage in private exchanges, educational, spiritual, wellness, or lawful support, with other Members, in alignment with TFRS’s mission. All such relations are consensual, contractual, and for mutual benefit. Nothing shall be construed as public commerce or agency.
3. Free Will: Membership is entered by invitation and free will, with full understanding of the shift from public “person,” “citizen,” or “client” to private Member, a living man or woman, acting with full capacity, honor, and without coercion. By consenting to this PMA, each Member stands in private jurisdiction, not under commercial titles or government classifications. 4.
4. Governing Laws: This PMA is governed solely by TFRS Laws, stated herein, and is outside the jurisdiction and authority of: Federal, State, Provance, Parliament, Vatican, agencies, statutory, civil, codes, policies, acts, title, administration, investigative, local, maritime, admiralty, Universal Commercial Code, any and all other man-made authorities; which govern entities, corporations, products; collectively “Legal System”, has no jurisdiction or authority over this PMA, the Parties, Property, or Representatives.
This intentionally covers any and all complaints or grievances of any kind, against: TFRS, Trustee(s), HOST, Members, team, volunteers, Council of Elders, Stewards, Advisors, and or any other supervise men/woman, hereinafter separately or collectively “Representatives”.
All disputes, claims or grievances shall be resolved in accordance with the TFRS Laws and TFRS Bylaws by and through, TFRS: Council of Elders, designee, committee, or tribunal as applicable. It is hereby agreed Legal System is waived by Member for the benefit of TFRS and its Representatives. Member agrees to have sought sufficient education and knowledge to determine that agreement and consent are the course of action freely chosen by Member and all questions have been answered to satisfaction of Member.
5. Waiver of Legal System: All activity within TFRS is private spiritual, and covenant. The Member agrees never to share, disclose, or pursue any matter under this PMA through the Legal System. Only in the rare event of a clear and present danger of substantive evil shall notice be given, immediately and directly, to the TFRS Council of Elders by verbal and written communication.
6. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution: All disputes or concerns shall be resolved through TFRS’s internal process, by the Council of Elders, a designated committee, or private tribunal. Jurisdiction of the Legal System is fully and permanently waived for all matters involving TFRS and its Representatives.
7. Member Conduct: Membership is by private invitation and entered into by free will, without coercion or undue influence. Member affirms having read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this PMA. Member may be revoked at the sole discretion of TFRS if a Member engages in abusive, violent, threatening, destructive, or harassing behavior toward other Members or Representatives. All Contributions are non-refundable.
8. Waive with Consent: Member acknowledges full personal responsibility for all decisions, experiences, and outcomes arising from engagement with TFRS or its Representatives. All services, coaching, or education offered through TFRS are voluntarily chosen, and no financial or performance liability is assumed by TFRS or its Representatives.
9. Use discernment, not advice: All content, Property, and communication shared within TFRS is private and offered for educational and entertainment purposes only. This includes spiritual experiences, personal testimony, and non-commercial perspectives, not professional legal, financial, or medical advice. The Member agrees to use discernment, self-accountability, and independent decision-making at all times, and to seek professional guidance externally, if desired, by personal choice.
10. Rights: Parties affirm rights of freedom of religion, free speech, expression, private assembly, and mutual aid in honor with no harm. Rights are to meet and or gather for lawful purposes, to assist each man and woman in invoking rights, liberty, life in the pursuit of happiness plus the right to own property, shall continue to be protected and preserved under this PMA.
11. Seek Advice of Choosing: Members also retains full authority to choose to seek legal, financial, or medical and to choose, at Members own discretion and responsibility, whether to utilize the services provided by other TFRS, or Representatives. Member is sole responsible and accountable for all actions of Member. TFRS, or Representatives, and other Members do not assume responsibility for these Member’s choices.
12. Member Dues, Gifts, Donations, and Contributions: All Member dues, gifts, donations, and other forms of support hereinafter separately and collectively referred to as “Contributions” are made voluntarily and in honor, as a free-will offering within the private domain. Contributions may be offered in exchange for access to Property and are considered special deposits made through private, lawful means only.
A. While Members may choose to use public processors (e.g., credit cards or digital processors) for convenience, such use does not waive private standing or not convert Contributions into commercial transactions. All Contributions remain private, lawful, and spiritual in intent and action.
B. All Contributions are appreciated and are deemed non-refundable, regardless participation, usage, level or change in circumstance. By giving, the Member affirms that the Contribution is made freely, without coercion, and in alignment with the sacred purpose and private status of TFRS.
13. Term and Duration: The term of this PMA shall begin on the Commencement Date of Member joining TFRS and shall remain in effect for the duration of engagement by the Member. Member may join an event of TFRS Member offerings, where TFRS Property such as Resources and or Services are provided these are Member Engagement Level which may have a specific term associated and these are separately and or collectively “Member Engagement Term”.
A. Each Member Engagement Term shall be defined by the offering selected of the applicable Resources and or Services with Contribution for selected Level of Member’s choice at the time of commitment and per this PMA and shall conclude upon completion of the agreed-upon Member Engagement Term or conveyance time period. However, the foundational terms of this PMA such as but not limited to Confidentiality, Intellectual Property, Code of Conduct, Jurisdiction, and Remedies shall survive and remain binding for a period of twenty (20) years from the date of termination. This extended term is essential to uphold the private trust, proprietary knowledge, and lawful integrity upon which TFRS stands.
14. Confidentiality Clause: All information, discussions, materials, and communications shared within the TFRS under this PMA, such as and not limited to proprietary content, teachings, coaching sessions, Resources, Services, the Property of TFRS, and Member interactions, are strictly confidential. Member agrees and consents not to disclose, distribute, reproduce, or share any Property or information obtained within the PMA with any outsiders, third parties, or any entity outside of TFRS, whether directly or indirectly, without express written consent from the TFRS. Any breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination and potential lawful action, such as Default Judgement in favor of TFRS, without the need to post a bond.
15. Owner of Knowledge & Use of Property: All Property and methodologies shared by TFRS are the exclusive, and proprietary, spiritual, and sole Property of the TFRS. Members are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, reselling, or repurposing any content, Property in whole or in part, without explicit written permission from TFRS. Any unauthorized actions use shall result in lawful action and termination of Member Engagement Level and further action as stated herein and in TFRS Bylaws, such as Default Judgement in favor of TFRS. Property is solely for personal, internal purposes, such authorization is not permission to share with other men or woman, and strictly prohibits and forbids sharing with entities, government, agencies, corporations, titles and any and all non-members. No public claim or commercial use is permitted. All use remains within private covenant, by trust and agreement only.
16. Consent of Default Judgement: Member agrees any unauthorized use or disclosure of the Property is breach of PMA and may cause irreparable harm to TFRS and TFRS shall be entitled to seek remedy immediately. Member agrees to a default judgement of three million ($3,000,000.00) dollars, payable at par value of gold or silver coins on date of claim. Jurisdiction is sole choice of TFRS, without need to post a bond.
17. Member Changes: Member affirms all information shared with TFRS is truthful and accurate. Member is responsible and accountable to inform TFRS of any information changes, such as address change.
18. Notice and Communication: All official notices, updates, and communications between TFRS and Member shall be made in writing. Notices involving recurring Contributions; if applicable; shall be provided with thirty (30) days advance notice and acknowledgement in writing by the receiving Party. Member may withdrawal from participation, such withdrawal does not void prior obligations such as confidentiality, Property restrictions, non-disclosure, or lawful remedies as outlined in this PMA and the TFRS Bylaws. All Contributions and access to Property prior to withdrawal are non-refundable. Re-engagement is at the sole discretion of TFRS, should the Member seek to return. Any unused Property or Contributions made prior to withdrawal are deemed nonrefundable. TFRS reserves the right to accept or decline re-engagement at sole discretion, should the Member seek to return.
Acknowledgement: I, Member, understand that as Member, status can and will be revoked if I, the Member, engage in abusive, violent, threatening, destructive or harassing behavior towards any other Member, or Representative of TFRS. I, Member; freely join TFRS, accept this PMA as private covenant, and comprehends the Purpose, Terms, and Condition stated herein. All questions have been answered satisfaction. All decisions made by I, Member are with sole discretion.
Whilst every effort has been made to accurately represent, there is no guarantee provided. All information is offered as-is. Examples : nothing shall be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of any kind. TFRS and is not responsible for any Member’s actions or lack of action. By consenting to this PMA, each Member holds TFRS, and its Representatives harmless in any event or claim. By attending, listening, viewing of Property of TFRS is consent to Contributions, no refund policy, and confidentiality, and jurisdiction of TFRS Laws, this consent is given in honor.
Autograph may be by electronic (signature) form or mark, and shall be acceptance as the lawful hand of living soul. Attendance of participation by I, Member shall constitute as full acceptance and agreement.

Following is for education only: (Private domain is referred to as a “sanctuary from unjustified interference by the State” in Pierce v. Society of Sisters, 268 U.S. 510 at 534-535. And as a “constitutional shelter” in Roberts v. United States, 82 L.Ed.2d 462 at 472. And again as a “shield” in Roberts v. United States, supra at 474.) (U.S. Supreme Court in Thomas v. Collins, 323 U.S. 516 at 531, specifically refers to the “Domains set apart…for free assembly.” The First Amendment right to Assembly creates a “preserve” Baird v. Arizona, 401 U.S. 1.) Members of a private membership Assembly have more rights to accomplish their personal goals and objectives within that Assembly than they do in public life.

1. Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Natural Law Principle: Honor the Creator / Source Above All. Place divine authority above man-made systems. Align with truth over control.
2. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image… Natural Law Principle: Do not create false idols. Do not give your power to illusions, governments, celebrities, or materialism.
3. Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain. Natural Law Principle: Honor the sacred. Speak with integrity. Words have vibration. Do not use divine energy carelessly.
4. Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Natural Law Principle: Rest, reflect, and realign. Take time for spiritual restoration, alignment, and honoring divine order.
